Swim 500 metres every morning, eat healthy, exercise bike when possible

Many, many moons ago started at Primary School and just continued playing until I had my accident 10 years ago.

Would have to be European Disability Badminton Championships, Germany 2012. 105 players from 18 countries and Scotland came home with Gold and 2 bronze medals.
