Typical week Training Schedule:

Train twice a week against able bodied players and once a week with Lothian disabled Badminton Club.
When did you start playing badminton and why?

Started social badminton group around 17years ago then joined Lothian about a year and a half ago to get fit.
First badminton memories:

Falling down a lot as when I started playing when I played standing badminton. Started playing in a chair when I was pregnant with youngest son and never went back to standing.
What do you enjoy most about being a badminton player?:

Meeting lots of other players and the challenge of winning.
