Typical week Training Schedule:

Typically 5 days per week - combination of on-court and strength & conditioning sessions but changes on a weekly basis to fit around my university timetable.

When did you start playing badminton and why?

4 years old. My sister played at a club and I ended up joining as well.

First badminton memories: Playing a weekly club in Edinburgh called Tall Oaks.
What do you enjoy most about being a badminton player?

Visiting lots of different countries.

If not Badminton Then: Volleyball or Tennis
Tips for young players: Train hard but make sure you enjoy yourself while doing it.
Hobbies: Table Tennis, Golf and Cycling
