2022 Northumberland U15 Silver: Round up

Well done to the U15 players who took part in the Northumberland U15 Silver last weekend!

Players travelled and competed at the Tyneside event, which is a fantastic platform for our Scottish players to gain valuable match experience and develop their skills.

Ciaran Hope and Esther Meldrum took Silver in the Mixed Doubles while Ciaran also won silver in the boys doubles.

Alfie Sweeney won two bronze medals in singles and doubles with Rory Clelland and Rory Meldrum also taking bronze in doubles.

Lewis Smith excelled in the singles winning gold. Lewis paired up with Lucas Chin in the doubles and struck gold again!

Max Mccabe won silver in the singles and excelled with a gold in the mixed doubles alongside partner Shreya Varghese. Max also snapped up a silver medal with his double’s partner Ciaran Hope.

Shreya doubled her medal tally with her partner Anshita Jaiswal, taking bronze in the girls doubles.

Shona Brown competed well and won matches at this event.
