Jane Russell, Badminton Scotland RDO (Tayside, Fife and Central) said:

“It’s great to see Dundee Dragons win the Club & Communities Award, richly deserved. We recently worked in partnership with the club, SDS & NHS to introduce badminton to children in wheelchairs. The club has been playing badminton for 8 or 9 years and Kevin Rattray told us recently the badminton is one of their most popular sports. Players from the club regularly attend our Scottish para badminton events and one of their players is a member of our National Para Badminton Squad and recently competed in Europe. We would encourage anyone who wants to play badminton competitively or socially to send Kevin a message, they are a fantastic club, well done”.
