Russell Hogg Trust: Grant Application

Please note: The Trust is now closed for all application forms, and we would like to thank all who have applied. We have been inundated with application forms which is exciting and over the coming weeks the Trust will respond to all that have applied.

In May 2022, Craig Robertson and Alan McMillan kindly organised a badminton/golf and social event for the wider badminton community spanning across the four Nations.

This event raised an amazing £3000 which will be used to support young badminton players and those players in disability sport to fulfil their goals and ambitions. The Trust would like to thank all participants who attended the event and social evening.

The Trust has already allocated £1000 of the money raised towards a mobile electric wheelchair for a young person in Fife and there is still £2000 to be allocated to young players, to help support squad fees, competition expenses etc within the sport of badminton. The Trust hopes that it can support players this year – even in a small way.

You can view the application form here which needs to be returned by 11 November 2022 to: Julie Hogg at 32 Carnock Road, Dunfermline, KY12 9NT.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to all those who organised, attended, and volunteered at the fundraising event and we can’t wait to see how the funds raised positively impact the lives of others within our community.
