Scotland Squad announced for Under 15 Quadrangular
Badminton Scotland today announced the team which will travel south to compete in the Under 15 Four Nations Quadrangular, to be held at the University of Warwick from 26-28 April 2019.
The squad includes three players – Anthony McGuire, Katrina Chan and Brooke Stalker – who also represented Scotland in Cardiff in 2018.
The team event – which Scotland last won in 2016 – will be played to a conclusion on Friday 26 April, and the young Scots will be aiming to improve on last year’s third place finish.
The individual events will be played on 27 and 28 April and Stalker will hope to build on the bronze medal she won last year in the girls’ doubles, partnering Keryn Swan.
Scotland also won bronze in the boys’ doubles last year, through Grant Lewis and Finlay Sheriff, who have both now moved up an age group.
