Scottish Open 2022 Announcement

Please see the following statement from Badminton Scotland and Glasgow Life:

“Unfortunately due to venue availability we will have to postpone the 2022 Scottish Open until later in the season and are working with Glasgow Life to find an alternative date which will be announced soon. We are however looking forward to a high profile event at the end of the year having just confirmed that we will be hosting the European Mixed Team qualification event from 15th -18^th December 2022 at the National Badminton Academy at Scotstoun . With recent very positive results for our players we are the top seed in our Group up against teams from Ireland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Portugal and Luxembourg. Following recent performances at the European Championships where Scotland won two silver medals, the first time we have won two medals at the event, preparations are well underway for continued success in December.”
