We are recruiting!

As National Junior Performance Network Manager, you will be responsible for planning and running our national programme to improve the quality and numbers of young athletes throughout Scotland with high performance potential.

Badminton Scotland is the governing body for the sport in Scotland. Its role is to develop participation, memberships and performance, and accelerate the growth of the sport across the country. A key part of the performance agenda is recognising and developing potential high performance athletes from the early stages in their careers.

The successful candidate must be able to identify and engage with potential high-performance athletes, oversee the delivery of plans appropriate to individual age groups and ensure rigorous records are maintained that track the development of individual athletes.
