Ranking event: Silver and Bronze event
The event will be held on 11 & 12 April 2026

The 2026 Lanarkshire Bonanza is being held over the weekend of April 11th and 12th at the Alistair McCoist Complex(AMC) in East Kilbride. As promised we are upgrading this event to Silver and and also continuing to run a Bronze event at the same time. You should decide which events are best suited to your skills and enter accordingly. Both events will receive the usual Badminton Scotland Ranking points for Senior Silver & Gold events.
We are planning to play all the singles events on Saturday morning/ early afternoon, with both Mixed Doubles events following and hopefully finishing no later than 18.00. The finals for these events will also be played on Saturday. We will play all the Level Doubles events on Sunday morning and plan to finish no later than 14.00.
The AMC is a great place to play badminton but be advised it has no food for sale and only cold drink dispensers. You can buy food and hot drinks at a local supermarket which is only 5 minutes away by car.
