Finlay Jack and Yan Lok Chiu will represent Scotland in the tournament, with both players in action from the opening day on Thursday. Jack will contest the men’s singles, while Yan Lok will compete in both men’s singles and men’s doubles, partnering Australia’s Yan Ki Chiu in the latter discipline.

Singles action gets underway on Thursday with Yan Lok Chiu scheduled as the fifth match on Court 3. He will face Israel’s Mayan Mogilner in a round of 64 qualifying encounter. Finlay Jack is also drawn into qualifying singles action, taking to Court 5 for the fourth match of the day. Jack faces a tough opening test against the eighth seed in qualifying, Miha Ivanič of Slovenia.

Yan Lok Chiu will return to court on Friday for men’s doubles action, as he and Yan Ki Chiu enter the main draw looking to make an impact against an international field.
