Typical week Training Schedule: 8-11 on court every morning. 2-4 on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Weights every Monday and Friday afternoon.

When did you start playing badminton and why?

When I was around 8. My mum and sister both played so I went along to play with them.

First badminton memories: Playing with my family and playing at the club at my primary school during lunch times.

What do you enjoy most about being a badminton player?

Being able to travel the world doing something I love.

If you play for a foreign club, which one?

Union saint Bruno Bordeaux.

Tips for young players: Train hard and enjoy it! Everything will fall into place if you do.
