Typical week Training Schedule: Train Monday – Friday, 2 sessions a day consisting of on court sessions, physical sessions and 2 weights sessions a week.

When did you start playing badminton and why?

I first started playing badminton when i was 8. I started playing because my mum and sister played.

First badminton memories:

Playing at a club in Edinburgh called Tall Oaks.

What do you enjoy most about being a badminton player?

Meeting people from other countries.

If you play for a foreign club, which one?

A French club called US Talence

If not badminton then…other sport??

Tennis – I used to play it before i played badminton
