When did you start playing badminton and why?
Started when I was 6 years old because my mum and dad played badminton and brought me and my siblings to play at the David Lloyd.
First badminton memories: Playing at the David Lloyd with my family and getting coached by one of the Ex Scottish National team players Watson Briggs.
What do you enjoy most about being a badminton player?
Travelling around the world and experiencing different countries. Meeting new people and of course winning
If you play for a foreign club, which one?
I play for a German team called BC Wipperfeld. Next season will be my 3rd year with them.
If not badminton then…other sport?
Probably football – I played for a team up until I went to Secondary school because I was advised to focus on one sport by the Glasgow School of Sport so I picked badminton!
