The Board of Directors, Groups and Committees, employees, volunteers, and members can be assured of an environment in which their rights, dignity and individual worth are respected, and in particular, that they are able to enjoy badminton in an environment without the threat of intimidation, victimisation, harassment, or abuse.
Our Equality, Diversity and Belonging Policy sets out our commitment and ambitions for badminton in Scotland. We will work with stakeholders, member clubs, and individuals to help realise our ambitions for a truly inclusive environment in our sport.
